Understanding Highguard Maps
Highguard maps are large, open battlefields where teams choose their base locations and fight for control. Unlike traditional shooters, Highguard maps feature a unique system where you select both your map AND your base within that map. This creates thousands of possible match configurations and keeps gameplay fresh.
Each Highguard map has distinct terrain that affects combat strategies. Some maps favor long-range engagements with open sightlines, while others encourage close-quarters combat in tight corridors. Learning these Highguard maps will help you choose the right weapons, position correctly during each phase, and ultimately win more matches.
All Highguard Maps
Highguard launched with 5 unique maps, each with distinct terrain and strategic considerations. More maps are planned in the 2026 content roadmap, with Episode 2 bringing the first new Highguard map in February.
Kingdom

A coastal city in ruins across from Headwall. Once wealthy with royal castles and towers, it now serves as a conflict zone where crews seek treasure, relics, and ancient knowledge.

Bases are your team's stronghold in Highguard. Before each match, your team chooses a base that fits your playstyle and team composition. Each base has unique layouts, advantages, and vulnerabilities that affect both defense and offense in Highguard matches.
Wellspring
An abandoned outpost reclaimed by nature with curtain walls, sniper tower, and elevated ziplines for rapid movement between structures.
